It’s official, Vadhir and José Eduardo Derbez are back for the highly anticipated second season of “Par de Ideotas,” streaming exclusively on ViX on June 19th.
In season two, Vadhir and José Eduardo head to the stunning beaches of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, where they attempt to transform another one of their ” big ideas yet” into a real business venture or, at the very least, survive the process.
The eight-episode season, titled Par de Ideotas: La Experiencia del Alacrán, will premiere exclusively in the United States and Puerto Rico on ViXPremium.
Inspired by Vadhir’s experiences at Burning Man, the brothers set out to create an immersive five-day beachfront experience featuring live music, sunset parties, adrenaline-filled activities, and unforgettable guest moments. Their mission: launch La Experiencia del Alacrán and somehow avoid turning the entire project into a financial disaster.
The new installment also features an exciting lineup of special guests who elevate the adventure at every turn, including acclaimed actress Victoria Ruffo, comedian Daniel Sosa, digital creators Wattsopa, Ale Ley, Alexa Zuart, and Natalia Marion, as well as musical acts Banda Los Recoditos and Grupo Cañaveral, among others. Together, they join the brothers for a nonstop mix of comedy, chaos, and celebration along the beaches of Puerto Escondido.
Throughout the season, Vadhir and José Eduardo face mounting logistical challenges, impossible deadlines, and unexpected setbacks, including a hurricane, all while trying to balance their roles as hosts, producers, and entertainers as the production begins to spiral out of control.
