Michelle Branch, who dominated with pop anthems “Everywhere” and “Goodbye To You” has announced that she’s expecting a baby with fiancé Patrick Carney, drummer of alt/rock duo The Black Keys.
Branch mad the announcement on her Instagram account by sharing a video of her sonogram and the following quote, “Well, we were just about to send out Save The Dates for our wedding in May when we got this little surprise, wedding is postponed and Baby Carney is happening this summer! Patrick and I couldn’t be more excited!” Watch the video, below.
This will be Carney’s first child, while Branch’s second child, she has a 12-year old daughter from a previous marriage. CONGRATS to the parents to be!
