Becky G Surpasses 1 Billion Views on Youtube With “Mayores” Feat. Bad Bunny

Becky G has achieved a historic milestone as her latest video “Mayores,” featuring Bad Bunny, surpasses 1 billion views on YouTube in under seven months!

Becky is now officially a part of the billion views club along with Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Ricky Martin, Shakira and Maluma amongst others. “Mayores” has surpassed the popularity of “Look What You Made Me Do” by Taylor Swift, and has been YouTube’s #1 video in Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Paraguay, among other countries.

The glamorous and seductive music video helmed by renown director Daniel Durán was filmed at several locations in Los Angeles and features actor and choreographer Beau “Casper” Smart. His performance puts a surprising spin on the song’s lyrics.

The song’s chorus, “a mi gustan mayores…” is a cultural phenomenon, becoming a popular catchphrase across the Spanish-speaking world. Not only is “Mayores” a huge hit with Becky G ‘s youthful fan base, it’s also a critical favorite, as it was named one of the 100 best songs of 2017 by Billboard.

The Mexican-American singer, songwriter, and actress presented this song to a U.S. television audience in October, performing it live with Bad Bunny for the Latin American Music Awards, which she also hosted.

This year will bring even more success to Becky G, along with new music and concerts that will make her fans, known as “Beasters”, very happy.
