Global urban sensation Ryan Castro earns five nominations at Premios Juventud 2026, including two nods in Latin Afrobeat of the Year, as well as Best Urban Mix, Best Urban Album, and Best Pop/Urban Song.
Among the nominated songs, “Chévere (Premium Remix)” ranked #1 on Billboard’s list of the 30 Best Latin Songs of 2026 So Far, while “La Villa” reached #1 on both Billboard’s Latin Airplay and Latin Rhythm Airplay charts. “Tonto,” by J Balvin, Ryan Castro and DJ Snake, also reached #1 on the Billboard Colombia Hot 100, while “Menos el Cora” was named one of Rolling Stone’s 50 Best Latin and Spanish-Language Songs of 2025.
The nominations also follow the release of Castro’s latest single, “Que Te Vaya Bien,” a song that continues to explore the emotional and melodic side of his music that listeners previously connected with on tracks such as “Ojalá.” In addition, the music video reached #8 on YouTube Music Colombia’s trending chart.
Castro will kick off his upcoming 16-date SENDÉ THE LAST DANCE U.S. tour on September 6 in Atlantic City. The run will bring him to major markets across the United States, including Boston, Washington, D.C., Orlando and more, before concluding on October 10 in Las Vegas.
