Get ready, The Exorcist: Believer hits theaters on October 6th.
The movie follows the story of Victor Fielding (portrayed by Leslie Odom Jr.), who has raised his daughter, Angela, on his own. When Angela and her friend Katherine disappear in the woods, only to return three days later with no memory of what happened, a chain of events is set in motion that forces Victor to confront the essence of evil. He seeks the help of the only person who has experienced something similar: Chris MacNeil (portrayed by Oscar winner Ellen Burstyn in her iconic role as Regan’s mother, who went through a similar ordeal five decades ago).
