Maintaining the strong emotions and ranchera essence of the original, the members of Nuevo Elemento reinvent “Cómo Pude Estar Tan Ciego” with mariachi elements, stream the track on Apple Music!
“Cómo Pude Estar Tan Ciego” is the third single from Nuevo Elemento’s upcoming EP, scheduled for release late this year. The previous single “Mía”, a gorgeous ranchera ballad released in July, has surpassed 1 million views on YouTube.
Nuevo Elemento is scheduled to perform September 12 in Los Angeles and Ontario, Calif., as part of Estrella Media’s Festival Fiestas Patrias celebrations for Mexican Independence Day. The all-star musical lineup also includes Joss Favela, Banda Los Recoditos, Edith Márquez, Luis Coronel, and Río Roma among others.
