The wait is over, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are back.

The hip hop duo have released the music video for their new single “Downtown” off their forthcoming sophomore album set for a fall release (hopefully).

The Seattle duo recruits early hip-hop luminaries Kool Moe Dee, Eric Nally, Melle Mel, and Grandmaster Caz for the chorus of this funk-inspired uptempo track.

The video features a motorcycle theme—we see Macklemore buying a moped, he takes off into the streets and meets up a gang of fellow motorcyclists. They face off against another gang, lead by a guy riding in an eagle chariot, drawn by four motorcycles held by reigns. For his part, Macklemore upgrades to a motorcycle with a large moose-head on the front. Yeah, you have to see the video in order to believe us.

“Downtown” is definitely well worth the wait, we can’t wait to hear more new music. Check out the video, below.
