Locos Por Juana to Perform at 2017 Hispanic Heritage Awards

Locos Por Juana is set to perform at the 30th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards taking place tonight at Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will be broadcast nationally on Friday, October 6, 2017, (10:00 p.m. ET) on PBS.

The Hispanic Heritage Awards by The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) recognize the contributions and accomplishments of leading Latino individuals and organizations in various fields while celebrating cultural pride. This year, the ceremony includes Locos por Juana as one of the top Latino performers and personalities paying tribute to the Honorees from the stage. The band arrives with full force to represent their native hometown, Miami, after the devastating hurricane Irma that struck Florida almost impeding their participation.

Adding on, Luis Fonsi will receive a special Trailblazer Award and joins already announced honorees Gael García Bernal, Alba Colón, Rudy Beserra, The Latin Recording Academy, and the nation’s undocumented youth the “Dreamers” as part of the annual celebration.
