After wrapping up a career-changing year alt-musica mexicana phenomenon Ivan Cornejo is showing no signs of slowing down in 2024. He is kicking off the year as part of Billboard Magazine’s cover story artists for their exclusive Genre Now digital issue.
Ivan was also just announced as one of the headliners at the 2024 Houston Rodeo. Cornejo shares the bill with hit-making artists including Blake Shelton, Los Tigres Del Norte, 50 Cent, Zac Brown Band, Jonas Brothers, Luke Bryan, Jelly Roll, and more. His performance is set for March 3rd at NRG stadium which has a capacity of nearly 70,000 people – this would be Ivan’s first-ever stadium performance. Tickets will go on sale at rodeohouston.com on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 10:00 am local time. He was also the first headliner to be announced for Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 6th. Tickets for that show will go on sale next Friday, January 19th.
