To empower girls from Latinx, Black, and Indigenous communities, Guerrera Marketing & PR and owner Loren Medina’s non-profit organization, Travel With Purpose, are partnering up with Latinx owned women’s clothing & lifestyle streetwear apparel brand, Viva la Bonita to launch their very own scholarship program.
The Guerrera x TWP x VLB Scholarship Fund will be an ongoing campaign. Applicants can email their stories explaining why and what they need financial assistance for and how much they need to accomplish their goals. Once an applicant is chosen to receive a scholarship, Travel With Purpose [501(c)3] will make a donation directly to the institution, company, or person providing the specified services.
*No monies will be donated directly to the scholarship recipients in order to ensure the legitimacy of the entries.
To apply to the Guerrera x TWP x VLB Scholarship Fund please send a detailed email to travelwithpurposejourneys@gmail.com. Scholarship winners will be chosen at the end of each campaign cycle and/or once we meet our designated financial goals.
To make this partnership even more awesome, they will be launching an exclusive line of merch of which 60% of proceeds will be donated to their scholarship fund. Through the purchase of the GUERRERA x VLB x TWP tee and/or through a monetary donation via their Go Fund Me campaign, you can change the course of the lives of young guerreras of color in our communities.
