Warner Bros. Pictures has added George Lopez, Adriana Barraza, Elpidia Carrillo, and Damian Alcazar to their highly-anticipated live-action Blue Beetle film, in theaters August 18, 2023.
All four will be portraying members of Jaime’s family — Lopez will be playing Uncle Rudy, Barraza will portray Nana, Carrillo will play Rocio, and Alcázar will be playing Alberto.
They join a cast that includes Xolo Maridueña, Brazilian actress Bruna Marquezine, Belissa Escovedo, and Harvey Guillén.
