You voted, the #ERocksBest Regional Mexican Artist is… Christian Nodal.
There’s no doubt that Christian Nodal has had the biggest year in music. In 2020, Nodal became the first Regional Mexican music artist to surpass 1 BILLION VIEWS on YouTube for his “Adios Amor” video. The track was released four years ago, but it has become a staple of Nodal’s career.
Back in October, Nodal took home the Billboard Latin Music Award for Regional Mexican Artist of the year, Solo. Most recently, Nodal released a collaboration alongside Angela Aguilar which has taken both the music industry and social media by storm. “Dime Cómo Quieres” has become a hit on TikTok with celebs such as Eugenio Derbez and wife Alessandra Rosaldo partaking in the TikTok challenge, other celebs include Omar Chaparro, and Angela Aguilar herself.
Regional Mexican music isn’t the only music genre has dominated, he’s recently joined REIK for a chart topping pop collab “Poco.” There’s no doubt that Christian Nodal will continue to dominate the music charts whether it’s Regional Mexican music or frankly, any genre.
