The multitalented Diego Torres releases his single and video “Esa Mujer,” available today from all digital-music outlets.
Written by Diego along with Miguel Yadam González Cárdenas, “Esa Mujer” features a bright melody and inspiration from an enchanting woman who seems just out of reach.
Filmed in Buenos Aires, the music video for “Esa Mujer” makes use of Diego Torres’ well-known acting skills. With scenes of suspense, a nearly fatal attraction, and humorous vignettes set in a clandestine atmosphere, Diego and his leading lady find themselves immersed in a story of romance and ruffians. Music, dance and love are key elements in this video. Scent plays an important role as well, Diego points out: “Perfume can make you remember a person, and a moment in your life.”
“Esa Mujer” is helmed by the Spanish director Rubén Martín (Thalía, Alejandro Sanz, Alicia Keys, Bacilos, Malú), who also directed “Un Poquito,” Diego’s recent single featuring Carlos Vives which has become one of his biggest hits. In November 2018 it reached #8 on the Billboard “Tropical Airplay” chart, and has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube.
