Charli XCX has released new single and video, “Good Ones.”
‘Good Ones’ was produced by Oscar Holter of Max Martin’s Wolf Cousins entity, and laments the inability to keep hold of healthy relationships, instead being endlessly drawn back to the dysfunctional and toxic.
Filmed in Mexico and co-directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the ‘Good Ones’ video sees Charli dramatically mourning the untimely loss of a partner as she battles the realization that once again she’s abandoned the goodness in her life, in favor of the sinister.
“Good Ones” comes after Charli’s 2020 album how i’m feeling now, made at the beginning of Charli’s pandemic quarantine, you can stream the album on Apple Music.
