Produced by Alyson Cambridge and Tony Bruno, “A Rockin’ Holiday Medley” features the internationally acclaimed vocalists from the worlds of Opera, Broadway, Rock, and R&B: Alyson Cambridge, Kia Warren, Victor Ryan Robertson, Toby Rand, and Tony Vincent. Guitarist Tony Bruno (who arranged the song) and Violinist Máiréad Nesbitt provide their instrumental expertise in the song.

In addition, Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider, rock drummer Brian Delaney (David Bowie, New York York Dolls, Melissa Ethridge), Bassist and Composer Luis Guzman, Pianist and acclaimed Music Director Henry Aronson send personal Holiday greetings in the video. The video was edited by Simon Wheeldon.
