Colombian stars Bomba Estéreo have just completed their biggest US headline tour so far with 8 sold out shows in iconic venues from Oakland’s Fox Theater to New York’s Terminal 5. The US tour sold more than 15.000 total tickets.
Following more than 60 festival and headline shows in 20 countries this year, Bomba Estéreo has wrapped one of their most successful years with ambitious tours including sold out shows in major markets worldwide as Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Mexico City, Santiago, Miami, New York and Los Angeles, among others, and very important slots at massive festivals like Lollapalooza Paris and Lollapalooza Chicago, Open’er in Poland, BBK in Bilbao, Bottlerock in California and Estéreo Picnic in their hometown Bogotá.
This year, Bomba Estéreo sold nearly 50.000 tickets at their 33 headline shows including 22 sold out. The band performed in 56 cities, 20 countries and 24 festivals around the globe.
Bomba also received three Latin GRAMMY® nominations and was part of Spotify’s Top 500 Most Listened Global Charts in more than half of the year. Their streaming numbers also reached all-time highs for the band with more than 689 million total streams between audio and video.
