Ahead of the recent release of the new movie, The Art of Racing in the Rain, dogs filled an LA movie theater for a special screening of the heartwarming film presented by JustFoodForDogs and Matt Nelson of social media sensation We Rate Dogs.

Amanda Seyfried, along with her canine co-star who played Enzo in the film, surprised attendees prior to the showing.

Seyfried shared that JustFoodForDogs saved her dog Finn’s life. She started feeding him the whole-food diet after he was diagnosed with renal disease.  Finn, who eats the company’s renal support recipe, has made a complete turnaround. A huge dog lover, Seyfried made sure to hug and pet as many dogs as possible and even fed a few dogs at the event JustFoodForDogs Beef & Russet Potato recipe.

Pups big and small previewed the film, which debuted in theaters on August 9th.  JustFoodForDogs served up snacks and samples of proven healthy, whole-food meals to the theater-going canines, who also posed driving a race car for a photo moment.

JustFoodForDogs offers the only food on the market proven healthy by two independent universities. The whole-food meals are made from ingredients USDA certified for human consumption, in veterinarian crafted recipes nutritionally balanced for dogs.  The company has open-to-the-public kitchens in California, New York City and Seattle and pantries inside veterinary clinics, Pet Food Express and Petco locations across the country. Offerings are also available online at www.justfoodfordogs.com
