Indie-pop powerhouse duo Aly & AJ continue their 2021 domination with their new track “Get Over Here” — a cut off the forthcoming deluxe edition release of their critically lauded latest album ‘a touch of the beat gets you up on your feet gets you out and then into the sun’.
The power-pop duo said this about the track:
We wanted to write a song that encompasses the desperation & yearning that new relationships bring in those first few months of meeting. Sometimes it’s as simple as ‘I like when you show up this late, get over here’.
The deluxe edition of the duo’s latest album is set to drop in early 2022 ahead of their forthcoming “A Touch of The Beat” US & EU tour, which will travel to Los Angeles, New York City, London, Paris, Berlin, Chicago, San Francisco, and more.
