Adult Swim took over San Diego Comic-Con with the first look at Rick and Morty: The Anime.
The anime spinoff was first announced last May, it is written and directed by famed manga illustrator Takashi Sano – who previously joined the Schwifty Squad back in 2020 and 2021 to direct the “Rick and Morty vs. Genocider” and “Summer Meets God (Rick Meets Evil)” special episodes respectively.
