Tiger Army Unveils New Video, ‘Mi Amor La Luna’

Get ready to rock out, Tiger Army have released the music video for their Spanish language single, “Mi Amor La Luna.”

The video concept was developed by co-directors, Jeremy Danger & Travis Shinn after receiving the lyrics. The video for, ‘Mi Amor La Luna’ was shot just outside the LA city limits in Huntington Park, CA. The band performs the song live while surrounded by real fire flames.

Prior to recording, ‘Mi Amor La Luna’, Tiger Army had previously recorded the track, ‘Hechizo de Amor‘ in Spanish for their album, Regions Beyond (2007). Tiger Army founder and frontman, Nick 13 wrote all songs for new album, Retrofuture, including, ‘Mi Amor La Luna’ with the idea of challenging the perception that people have of his band and its music.

The new album was produced by Ted Hutt (The Gaslight Anthem, Old Crow Medicine Show, Lucero). Retrofuture is Tiger Army’s sixth studio album and is a showcase that weaves, stylistically, through vintage punk, garage, and rock ’n’ roll while still maintaining a curious modernity as influences from Latin music to surf shoot through like satellites in the night sky. Present as always are the band’s signature melodicism and frontman Nick 13’s ethereal vocals.
