American Airlines AAdvantage® and Mastercard® cardholders were treated to an EPIC concert by The Chainsmokers on Thursday, June 14 at the iconic Wiltern in Los Angeles.
We were invited to attend the show (fyi: we are MasterCard holders), and it was EPIC. The Chainsmokers delivered an energetic set that had the whole crowd dancing and The Wiltern shaking due to all the jumping.
The EDM duo performed some of their biggest hits including “Closer,” “Something Just Like This,” “Roses,” “Don’t Let Me Down,” “Sick Down,” and current single “Somebody,” which they dedicated to the city of Los Angeles. They also performed a couple of remixes, including Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow.”
If you’ve never seen The Chainsmokers live, we highly suggest you purchase your tickets when they’re in a city near you. Alex and Andrew really know how to pull the crowd in, Andrew announced in the middle of their set that he has severe anxiety, but you can’t tell. It was magical when he was up on stage, but when you put him and Alex together on stage, it’s simply amazing.
