Sugar Ray to Headline “Rock for HARK” a benefit for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles

Orange County pop-rockers Sugar Ray will perform live in concert at the 3rd annual Rock for HARK event to benefit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on September 8, 2019, at the Catalina Bar and Grill.   Tickets are on sale at www.healingartsreachingkids.org

Rock for HARK is annual fund-raiser conceived of and presented by Healing Arts Reaching Kids (HARK), a non-profit organization that brings healing and coping techniques through creative experiences to the patients at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Since its inception in 2006, this all-volunteer affiliate of the hospital has been able to raise and donate over half a million dollars to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for its Expressive Arts Therapy Program.  It also provides year-round art supplies for patients and staff throughout the facility, conducts hands-on art workshops, one-on-one art and music play, and offers other guided activities that foster creativity and allow kids to express themselves.

The evening will be hosted by comedian, writer, and actress Kira Soltanovich, best known for her work on prank-oriented reality shows such as Oxygen Network’s Girls Behaving Badly and Tru TV’s How To Be A Grown Up.

General admission for the benefit concert and Art Show reception is $125 with additional food and beverages available for purchase. A VIP package of $500 includes the Show, Priority Seating and Dinner with wine and beer.
