GRAMMY nominee and pop prodigy, Khalid took the stage and it was pandemonium, the energy he brought to every song he performed was amazing. He kicked-off his set with “American Teen” and delivered some awesome dance moves, his set also included Marshmello’s “Silence” which he’s featured on, “8Teen,” “Another Sad Love Song,” “Saved,” “Hopeless,” “Let’s Go,” “Angels” which he dedicated to his friend that was diagnosed with cancer and to anyone that was going through tough times.

Khalid even took some time to talk to the crowd he told everyone in attendance that he loves them and that we were all now friends. It was a massive love fest that ended with Khalid performing two of his biggest hits, GRAMMY-nominated single “Location,” and #1 anthem “Young Dumb & Broke.”

We tweeted it last night and we stand by it, Khalid will win the GRAMMY for Best New Artist, because he deserves it, he put on an incredible show that had everyone singing and dancing. Plus, he’s a great songwriter, his songs deliver powerful messages that both young and older fans can relate to. Even if he doesn’t take home the Best New Artist title, Khalid is a superstar.
