To celebrate the season premiere of HBO’s The Deuce, our friends at PHub have released some interesting new insights.
According to PHub’s statistics, 36% of men are more likely to watch vintage porn when compared to women. They also found that the popularity of vintage porn increases by age group, with millennials under the age of 35 being 50% less likely to watch classic videos. Check out the insights chart, below.
PHub also shared that the most searched for “vintage porn star” from the 70s and 80s is Nina Hartley, who recently partnered with Pornhub Cares to help educate seniors about the risk of STIs. HBO’s hot new show, The Deuce, chronicles the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early 1970s through the mid-1980s. The Deuce starring James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal airs Sundays at 9 pm on HBO.
