One of the most influential figures in the Latin Urban genre, Myke Towers, who has become one of the most prominent artists of his generation, has received his first nomination this morning for the 32nd annual Premio Lo Nuestro Awards, in the Best New Artist-Male category.
The ceremony will be broadcast live from the American Airlines Arena in Miami on February 20th at 8 PM EST/ 7 PM CST on the Univision network.
To kick-off 2020, Towers released the highly anticipated remix of “La Playa”, this time enlisting power players Farruko and Maluma, which has already accrued more than 17 million views in only one week since its release, proving that Myke is an unstoppable force who is taking over the genre and will continue to do so.
In the coming weeks, he will be dropping his highly anticipated second album, “Easy Money Baby”, representing the genre with his unique rap flow, which makes him stand out amongst the others. Myke also has plans to make a third tour run through Europe this year.
