Macklemore performed his political anthem, “Wednesday Morning” on ELLEN.
With all the hate happening in the world, Macklemore brings optimism with his new track. “When they build walls, we’ll build bridges,” he raps.
During the performance, a video montage shows portraits of people from various races. It also features imagery of gay pride and same-sex couples being married, a topic that also inspired Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ “Same Love” single.
