On April 20, 2018 the music industry and world was left heartbroken with the death of Avicii.
To celebrate his life and legacy, Avicii‘s family has decided to release the music that he was working on before his death. A 16-track album titled, TIM, will be released on June 6. “SOS” is the album’s lead single, it features the vocals of Aloe Blacc, who worked with Avicii on the anthem, “Wake Me Up.”
“SOS” features words that carry more weight in retrospect. They include lyrics about a man who does not get much sleep and relies on love to pull him back from the brink. It also talks about love, drugs and relationships, and the stress that comes with it.Listen to “SOS,” below.
