Juanes Releases “Nacimos Solos” (‘We Were Born Alone’) Featured on Prime Video’s “ZORRO” series

28-Time GRAMMY & LATIN GRAMMY winner JUANES releases “Nacimos Solos” (‘We Were Born Alone’) as the first advance soundtrack single from Prime Video’s upcoming new ZORRO series.

Written and produced by Julio Reyes Copello, and available via all major DSP’s and a YouTube lyric video, the new song on the uncertainty within a hard life’s journey, appropriately sees the famed “La Camisa Negra” rock singer/songwriter provide the first music from the upcoming new look at the fabled black masked cultural hero.

Juanes said:

I always wanted to work with Julio Reyes Copello, and I liked the song from the moment he sent it – as it felt like it was created as a perfect fit for me. I also love to share music that reaches people and sets a tone within such a filmed project, so I was excited to know it would be part of this special Prime video series.

Nacimos Solos” marks Juanes’ first new song release after the creative cycle for his critically acclaimed “VIDA COTIDIANA” album – which received an expanded  (DELUXE VERSION)  release in September.  The album sees Juanes meshing his immersive return to his electric guitar rock roots with a deep dive back into his own long-praised skill as an ardent songwriter – who this time turned his focus inward during the pandemic to reexamine his mature take on life, love, family, social concerns and more.
