Twenty-two years after their global hit collab “Fotografía” was released, Juanes and Nelly Furtado reunite for the new single “Gala y Dalí” set for a March 28th release.

GALA & DALI is a song that comes from joy/happiness and, a thing I like the most about being an artist is to share good vibes, positive energy. Gala and Dali is a very positive song like a ray of sunshine.

For me it’s a profound delight to be with Nelly, it means a lot because we have shared a big part of our lives, since “Fotografia” until now. On this song, Nelly takes me to a place of joy & light, I could give myself an opportunity to break away from my sound, from what I play on the guitar, to go to a more Caribbean, so to speak, more danceable SOUND, which Nelly also wanted to have in this song. For me that is freedom taking Nelly’s hand, who is a woman that I admire and love. She is very important and has always been present in my life, my whole life. Since Fotografia came out, then I met her, and her album came out, I have always been a fan of her music and then of her person herself. After all these years to be with her again is a privilege, I love you.
