Gravitas Ventures, a Red Arrow Studios Company, have acquired all North American rights to Grear Patterson’s ‘GIANTS BEING LONELY’ Starring Jack Irving, Ben Irving, and Lily Gavin, which made its World Premiere to critical acclaim at the 2019 Venice Film Festival and will release in theaters and on-demand on April 6, 2021.
Set in a leafy, semi-rural Southern enclave; ‘GIANTS BEING LONELY’ follows high-school seniors Adam, Bobby, and Caroline as they navigate their final year together through the ups and downs of love, sex, loneliness, friendship, baseball, and death – as the pressure mounts to make it out alive.
‘GIANTS BEING LONELY’ is the debut feature for writer-director Grear Patterson, a renowned mixed media artist whose work to date has focused on similar themes of adolescence and Americana. It is the debut feature from Producer Olmo Schnabel who previously served as Assistant Director to filmmaker Julian Schnabel.
