Regional Mexican music superstar, Gerardo Ortíz continues to dominate the music charts with his 11th no.1, “Tranquilito.”
Celebrating 10 years as a solo recording artist, Ortíz enjoyed his first #1 hit in 2012 with his single “Amor Confuso,” which kicked off a long list of successes. “Tranquilito” is the third single from Ortíz’s latest album Décimo Aniversario, which was released in February.
Filmed in August, the music video for “Tranquilito” has surpassed 11 million views on YouTube. Meanwhile, Ortíz is in the midst of a U.S. concert tour. He recently began recording new material and plans to unveil new material by the end of the year.
