“La Reina” showcases Aguilera’s unmistakable voice in this ranchera accompanied by a group of guitars, singing empowering lyrics that exemplify feminine strength. We wouldn’t be surprised if Aguilera taps more into the regional Mexican music genre in her next Spanish project, she can sing anything.
With stunning red hair, surrounded by vibrant colors and Mexican staples, Christina Aguilera takes center stage in the video directed by Nuno Gomes. Creating the female replica of José Alfredo Jiménez‘s classic “El Rey,” which was interpreted by the Mexican icon Vicente Fernández.
