Candy Crush® took over game night at Intuit Dome during the LA Clippers vs. Portland Trail Blazers matchup, surprising fans with a celebrity appearance from Anna Faris, who went undercover as the Bubblegum Troll as part of the arena-wide activation.
As the fourth quarter wound down, the host teased that a Candy Crush superfan had taken their fandom to the next level by stepping into the game itself. The surprise reveal began as soon as fans spotted one of Candy Crush’s beloved characters, Bubblegum Troll, burst onto the court. While costumed characters usually stay anonymous, the host revealed this one couldn’t, and moments later, the mask came off, revealing Anna Faris to the crowd.

I’ve always loved how the game is all about fun, joy, and a little bit of absurdity, so getting to bring that energy to life in an LA Clippers game like this made it an even more unique experience.
