Apple is reportedly in talks to purchase the popular music-identifying app Shazam.
According to various reports, a deal is set to be signed sometime this week/weekend with an announcement expected to be made on Monday (12/11). Reports also state that the deal could be worth $400 million, while other reports being circulated state that it could be well worth $1 billion. It’s all a guessing game until an official announcement is made, but we do know that Shazam has been downloaded over 1 billion times from the app store.
