Sofía Reyes Releases New Single, “idgaf era”

Pop sensation, Sofía Reyes releases her new single “idgaf era”, the title track of her upcoming album.

“idgaf era” dives into the chaos of growth with the confidence of someone who no longer seeks validation. It lives in that transitional space where everything is questioned, what no longer serves is released, and truth is spoken—even when it’s uncomfortable.

In the video, Reyes portrays scenes from the everyday life of a Mexican Latina woman in her 30s, particularly during a phase filled with social expectations, internal pressures, and the ongoing urge to fit in. She also addresses the challenges of being a woman in the music industry, while immersing herself in her creative universe with freedom and authenticity.

Co-starring in the video is Venezuelan actor Andrés Figueroa, known for his roles in Stranger Things and Ghosted. His chemistry with Sofía brings freshness and authenticity, reinforcing the carefree tone of the video and allowing the artist to laugh at herself with ease, from a place of confidence and creative freedom.

Reyes‘ upcoming album, also titled “IDGAF ERA,” will be released on August 20.
