Clave Especial steps on the gas with the release of the official video for “LUZ VERDE”, their latest single and one of the most highly anticipated drops in regional Mexican music.
“LUZ VERDE” is a contemporary corrido that finds its perfect representation in the music video. Set against a nocturnal backdrop and fueled by the adrenaline of street races, the video portrays a life lived on the edge, where risk and desire collide, highlighting the bold essence that defines both the song and Clave Especial.
Since its release on August 4, the song has already surpassed 7 million streams on Spotify, a number that underscores the band’s strength and deep connection with audiences on both sides of the border.
This release comes just six months after their debut album “MIJA NO TE ASUSTES”, which has surpassed 1.6 billion global streams and earned RIAA Gold certification—a milestone few debut projects in the genre have achieved. With more than 13.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Clave Especial continues to rise steadily. They have taken their music to iconic stages such as the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, where they performed before 70,000 people as special guests of Fuerza Regida; the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles; and the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, where they sold out two shows alongside Neton Vega.
