Briarcliff Entertainment has acquired United States distribution rights to the animated feature film STITCH HEAD and will release the family adventure with a wide theatrical release on October 29, 2025, just in time for Halloween.
The film is based on the first story in the beloved children’s book series by Guy Bass and brings to life a quirky, heartwarming tale full of monster mayhem, unexpected friendships, and cinematic thrills.
Directed by and adapted for the screen by Steve Hudson, STITCH HEAD follows the story of a small, forgotten creature living in a long-abandoned castle. Awoken by a Mad Professor, Stitch Head is tasked with protecting the professor’s other wildly inventive creations from the suspicious townspeople of Grubbers Nubbin.
The voice cast includes Asa Butterfield, Joel Fry, Alison Steadman, Rob Brydon, Fern Brady, Tia Bannon, and Jamali Maddix.
