NYTA Public Relations has signed acclaimed synth-pop artist Jandrou for worldwide public relations representation, welcoming one of the most exciting emerging voices in contemporary pop to its growing roster of international talent.
Jandrou said:
I’m incredibly excited to join NYTA Public Relations.
I’ve always believed music has the power to heal, connect people, and celebrate who we truly are. Having a team that shares that vision gives me even more confidence as I step into this next chapter, and I can’t wait for everyone to experience what’s coming next.
Born and raised in El Salvador and now based in Montreal, Canada, Jandrou has quickly established himself as a compelling new force in pop music, blending retro-futuristic synth production with soaring, emotionally charged vocals that explore themes of identity, heartbreak, resilience, and liberation. A singer-songwriter who pens all of his own material, Jandrou also co-produces his music alongside acclaimed producer Josh Eastman of Helm Studios, creating a sound influenced by artists such as Caroline Polachek, Troye Sivan, Coldplay, and Robyn while remaining distinctly his own.
Jandrou‘s artistic journey is as inspiring as it is cinematic. He first discovered his love of music singing in a small church choir in El Salvador before immigrating to Canada, where embracing his identity as a queer artist transformed both his life and his creative vision. During the pandemic, songwriting became an emotional outlet that ultimately led to his debut album, Ashes to Ashes, released in 2024 to critical praise for its vulnerable storytelling and immersive synth-pop production.
Since then, Jandrou has become a standout performer on Canada’s LGBTQ+ festival circuit, taking the main stages at Vancouver Pride, Kelowna Pride, and New Westminster Pride while building a reputation for electrifying live performances that celebrate authenticity, healing, and self-expression. His growing international audience has positioned him as one of the most promising independent queer pop artists to emerge from the Latin American diaspora.
