Lil Wayne is back, he’s announced dates for his Kloser 2 U Tour. The 12-date trek is scheduled to launch April 14 in Louisville, before hitting cities including Madison, San Diego, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Nashville, wrapping May 11 in Detroit.
