“Video Games” singer Lana Del Rey is set to perform on American Idol, but it hasn’t been confirmed as to when she’ll perform.

The tickets for American Idol say that Lana is set to perform on the March 15th episode, but it can either be a live performance or pre-taped. We’ll keep you posted with more details as their announced.

UK pop band and X Factor finalist One Direction have finally released their debut album Up All Night in the U.S. and it’s a HIT!

Up All Night hit iTunes on Tuesday, March 13 and within an hour of it’s release it was already number 1 on both the U.S. and Canada iTunes charts. The album is set to debut at #1 on next week’s Billboard charts.

Up All Night produced by RedOne, features PG pop-rock with killer choruses. In simple terms, the album is a pop dream come true. Our personal favorites are title track “Up All Night”, ballad “More Than This”, perfectly executed pop-rock anthem “One Thing”, dance anthem “Everything About You”, lead single “What Makes You Beautiful”, and (another ballad) “Moments” which is available on the deluxe edition of Up All Night.

Up All Night demonstrates an originality in sound that is necessary for the revitalization of the boy band movement. Word of advice to future bands: “Take note, because One Direction are here to stay!”

We give Up All Night a 5/5 rating.

Pop superstar Bruno Mars along with Miss April Raquel Pomplun will be on the cover of Playboy magazine’s upcoming April Sex and Music issue, on newsstands this Friday (March 16th).

Fun fact: Bruno is the 10th man to ever appear on the magazine’s cover in it’s 85 year history.

Here’s a little snippet of what Bruno talks about in the upcoming issue:

My album is called Doo-Wops & Hooligans, but it’s not a 1950s ‘Earth Angel’ sound like you hear in Grease-type movies. I could sing you a thousand and one doo-wop songs. I love the simplicity in that music. It’s not superpoetic, it’s just from the heart.

“Colombiana” actress Zoe Saldana‘s L.A. home was broken into this past weekend!!

According to TMZ, Zoe had just returned to her Los Angeles home on Sunday when she noticed signs of entry, and it became clear someone had been in her house. Zoe called police, and made a report of the incident.

So far it looks like the thieve(s) didn’t take anything, but Zoe is checking inventory to make sure.

Were glad Zoe is safe, we hope that the police find the intruders and arrest them.
